Delivery & Drop Off
We offer a variety of support options to include free pickup and delivery of any pc or hardware you need serviced. At the moment this free drop-off/delivery option is only available to customers residing in Gisborne. We also offer remote support options. If you’re interested in remote support, please contact us for more information.
If you live outside the Gisborne area, you may still call to make arrangements to meet at a different location within the area free of charge. A surcharge per service call will apply to all orders outside the area (greater than 20 minutes travel).
On-site Support
Depending on the nature of the technology problem you are experiencing, we may be able to offer you on-site support as well. For residential customers in need of a PC repair, we prefer to use the delivery and drop off option; however, an on-site appointment can certainly be arranged if this is your preference. Service Rates and Discounts
Our base rate for service is $60 for the first hour and $20 an hour for each consecutive hour of service plus the cost of any hardware replacements you may require. Discounts
Pensioners receive 25% off the first hour of service per service call
Military or Police Personnel, and their spouses receive a 25% discount on all services: $45 for the first hour and $15 for each consecutive hour of service. A current military or police ID is required to receive this discount
